HEAT EXCHANGER PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES
All processing equipment requires a certain amount of maintenance to ensure optimum performance, however, the maintenance required varies greatly depending on; the type of heat exchangers, if the plant runs a single shift per day or 3 shifts, and the operating temperatures of the heat exchanger.

Preventative Maintenance of pasteurisers and heat exchangers can include:

- Supply port or connection gaskets
- Dismantling, pressure cleaning, re-assembly, and hydrostatically testing of plate and tubular heat exchangers
