Thermpro™ Steam-to-Water Heating Systems, combines the product features of Dimpleflo Multitube heat exchangers, delivered with a range of process equipment for functionality. The Steam-To-Water skids can include pumps, modulating control valves, temperature transmitters along with steam control gear if required.
Thermpro Steam-Water Temperature Control Systems are designed as FAT (Factory Acceptance Tested), pre-commissioned skid, ready to drop into place on site, with minimal downtime. Single connection points for water, steam, power and air make the skid mounted system simple to install and they are ideal for controlled water heating.
An input of steam directly onto a product surface can cause unwanted burn-on, creating a burnt flavour and damaging your products and brands reputation. Thermpro steam to hot water generators achieve accurate critical temperature control points and ensures gentle heating of your product.
As Dimpleflo Multitube’s are designed for high, steam, refrigerants and water pressures, these Australian made heat exchangers can handle line pressure steam. This means reduced installation costs, as a steam pressure reducing station is not required.
Accu-Therm brazed plate units can be used for low pressure steam to water generators, allowing accurate temperature control in a compact cost-effective package.
Thermpro Temperature Incorporating removable panels for protection from hot surfaces, and adjustable levelling feet to allow positioning in different locations, these heat systems are designed to be compact, minimising floor space.
