MIXQUIP Series 200 IBC Tote Mixers
MORE INFORMATION: VISIT THE SERIES 200 IBC BRIDGE MOUNT MIXER PAGE ON OUR NEW WEBSITE
Mixquip IBC (intermediate bulk containers), also known as tote mixers, are used effectively for storage, transport, mixing and blending of liquid ingredients and chemicals, and keeping the contents stirred prior to use.
Mixquip Series 200 Bridge Mounted IBC Agitators are ideal for a variety of applications, including stirring, agitating, mixing and homogenising viscous liquids and high solids slurries, and wetting and dissolving powders.
Mixquip Series 200 IBC agitators incorporate heavy-duty stainless steel bridge mount, which is lifted onto the IBC using a forklift and clamps onto the top of the IBC cage.

IBC Tote Mixers Designed and Made in Australia
These Australian designed and made Tote mixers are available with a wide range of drives, including pneumatic, 240Volt electric and three phase motors. Flameproof or EXD electric motors are available for mixing dangerous goods.
Ingredients can now be added and mixed simultaneously with the optional Additions Port. Mixing impellers are typically 160 mm diameter for direct drive mixers and for higher torque gear drive tote agitators use a folding collapsible mixing impeller that fits through the six-inch (150mm) opening.
This high efficiency impeller opens up when mixing in the tote to its full diameter, which is typically in the 250 – 450 mm range depending on product viscosity, density, and mixer kw and speed. Single or double mixing impellers can be used on an IBC blender.

OPERATING A MIXQUIP BRIDGE MOUNT IBC MIXER
MIXQUIP SERIES 200 BRIDGE MOUNT AGITATOR FOR TOTE’S AND IBC PALLET TANKS.
Mixquip Series 200 Bridge Mounted Mixers are the ultimate way to mix or blend products in an IBC or pallet container. The beauty of these IBC mixers is the simplicity of operation. Simply undo the 150mm (6″) cap off the IBC, forklift the bridge mount agitator into position, secure the clamps, and turn the agitator on.
Mixquip Series 200 IBC Mixers are designed and manufactured in Australia, by Teralba Industries, who have 40+ years experience in the production of quality, highly efficient and reliable mixing equipment. This is exemplified in the attention to detail and proven engineering in each and every Mixquip agitator.
All wetted components are 316 stainless steel and the bridge in 304 stainless. Premium quality pneumatic or 3 phase electric drives are used, with flameproof available as an option. These IBC stirrers are also available single phase 240volt drives and optional variable speed (VFD) controls.

PT Rummager® SERIES 210 Pallet Tank Agitator
MORE INFORMATION: VISIT THE SERIES 210 AIR DRIVE IBC MIXER PAGE ON OUR NEW WEBSITE!
There’s no doubt that the pallet tank has revolutionized bulk liquid transport/storage. Pallet tanks are economical, safe and easily moved whilst full.
Air-driven, lightweight and easy to install, the Australian made, Mixquip Series 210 PT Rummager® makes short work of blending low viscosity fluids and will lift sediment off the base of the container and re-suspend or condition your products for processing. Fold out impeller blades with parabolic shaped trailing edges based on our proven Superflo™ design generates powerful axial currents. These sweep through the IBC container and push liquid to the base of the pallet tank, across the floor and up the sides, generating an ideal tank contents turnover.
The list of liquid material able to be mixed in by these innovative IBC Stirrers, is as diverse as water, detergent, polymers, oils, food flavours, dangerous and corrosive liquids including acids and thinners.
MIXQUIP SERIES 210 AIR DRIVE IBC MIXER
PT Rummager® SERIES 210 Pallet Tank Agitator:
Compact design and in-tank location makes the Series 210 Rummager® simple to install and space saving. Being air driven, the PT Rummager® has infinitely adjustable speed and as easy to plug in as any pneumatic operated appliance.
It also enhances the continuous running feature that is particularly useful where the material must remain in motion day after day. Email your mixing requirements: mixquip@teralba.com
