Teralba supplied a complete replacement heat exchanger with improved thermal performance at a lower cost than the replacement plate pack alone. The project included factory hydrostatic testing, QA documentation and delivery ready for installation.
Teralba worked closely with the customer to reduce the overall replacement cost while simplifying the installation process. The new Accu-Therm unit was designed with matching bolting faces to the existing equipment, eliminating major site modifications and helping reduce downtime during changeover.
Installation was completed smoothly with all bolted connections aligning to the existing pipework and infrastructure. The unit was successfully commissioned and has remained in operation for more than three years.
